This is also a fully fresh issue and will close on May 23.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3-victory-electric-vehicles-international-ipo-\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Victory_Electric_Vehicles_International_IPO\"><\/span><strong>Victory Electric Vehicles International IPO<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the SME segment, electric vehicle maker Victory Electric Vehicles International will be the first to launch its IPO.
