The primary market in India is prepping up for an IPO flood that is about to hit, and the collective valuation of all these ten IPOs is over a whopping \u20b940000 crore.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-companies-and-the-capital-they-are-raising-nbsp\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_Companies_and_the_Capital_They_are_Raising\"><\/span>The Companies and the Capital They are Raising&nbsp;<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ten companies that are coming up with the IPOs include \u2013&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ICICI Prudential AMC: \u20b99000 crore<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Billionbrains Garage Ventures: \u20b96500 crore<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lenskart solutions: \u20b96000 crore<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pine Labs: \u20b95500 crore<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PhysicsWalla: \u20b93800 crore<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tenneco Clean Air: \u20b93000 crore<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prestige Hospitality: \u20b92500 crore<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Boat: \u20b92000 crore<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orkla India: \u20b91668 crore<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Park Medi World: \u20b91200 crore<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-other-details-of-the-ipos\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Other_Details_of_the_IPOs\"><\/span>Other Details of the IPOs<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While not all ten companies have announced the IPO launch date yet, and the other details, but few have, which include \u2013&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Orkla India has announced the IPO opening date to be 29 October, and will close on 31 October 2025. For this, the Anchor booking will start from 28 October 2025. It is a complete offer for sale with a price band of \u20b9695 to \u20b9730 per share.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Groww\u2019s parent company, Billionbrains, and the biggest eyewear retailer. Lenskart is yet to come up with the IPO launch date, but it will be either the end of October or by the start of November. Both companies will issue some fresh shares, while the offer for the same will be there for the remainder of the IPO, and they are expected to reserve at least 10% of the shares for the <strong>retail investors<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ipos-so-far-this-fiscal-nbsp\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"IPOs_So_Far_This_Fiscal\"><\/span>IPOs So Far This Fiscal&nbsp;<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As per BSE, so far in 2025, there are a total of 200 companies that have gone public, out of which 82 are <strong>mainboard IPOs <\/strong>and the remaining<strong> <\/strong>are <strong>sme IPOs,<\/strong> but there are more of them on the NSE SME segment as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Even though the secondary market has been quite volatile with a lot of sluggishness but the primary market offered continuous support to the overall market scenario and the investors to have some room for generating income\/ earnings. Having said that, the listing performance of these IPOs has been mixed until now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-final-thoughts\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Final_Thoughts\"><\/span>Final Thoughts<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The<strong> IPO markets<\/strong> or the primary market, whatever you call it, have evolved massively this year. From the <strong>retail investors<\/strong> to the FIIs are seen shifting towards the primary market this fiscal. With the new wave of ten big IPOs lined up until next month, it is surely going to be another festive season for investors. However, it will be interesting to see how these <strong>latest IPOs will <\/strong>perform after getting listed, given the market dynamics and geopolitical factors at play.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
