Adani Enterprises, being the flagship company of the <strong>Adani Group,<\/strong> has been in the news for this <strong>rights issue<\/strong> since it started in November, and today, on 10 December 2025, it is closing.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-rights-issue-details-you-must-know\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Rights_Issue_Details_You_Must_Know\"><\/span>Rights Issue Details You Must Know<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Usually, companies offer rights shares or open rights issues for raising capital, which is the main <strong>purpose of a rights issue<\/strong>. Here, Adani Enterprises is also looking to broaden its equity capital base with this Rights issue. Along with that, the raised capital can also be used for repayment of their certain debt and used for investment purposes for long-term expansion plans.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Adani Enterprises<\/strong> has been raising \u20b924930 crore from this <strong>rights issue,<\/strong> which is made up of partly paid equity shares whose face value is \u20b91 per share.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Rights shares will be issued to the shareholders who are eligible for the Rights issue. The price of each share would be \u20b91800.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Rights issue price was already at a discount of 24% compared to the previous day\u2019s closing price. And as on 9 December 2025, that is yesterday, the price was at a 20% discount, according to yesterday\u2019s closing price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Until yesterday, the issue was 91% subscribed with a cumulative bid for 12.73 crore shares against the total number of shares issued, which was 13.85 crore shares.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-eligibility-of-shareholders-nbsp\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Eligibility_of_Shareholders\"><\/span>Eligibility of Shareholders&nbsp;<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The shareholders who held shares of Adani Enterprises before 14 November 2025 are considered to be eligible for the <strong>Rights issue<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>rights entitlement&nbsp;<\/strong>ratio stands at 3:25 shares, which means that the eligible shareholders will receive 3 rights shares for every 25 shares of the company they held in the Demat account as on 14 November.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The eligible shareholders will receive the rights shares in their account by Friday, 12 December 2025, and the allotment will be done on Thursday, 11 December 2025, as per the decided <strong>Rights issue timeline<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-adani-enterprise-share-price-movement-nbsp\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Adani_Enterprise_Share_Price_Movement\"><\/span>Adani Enterprise Share Price Movement&nbsp;<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Today, <strong>Adani Enterprises&#8217; share price<\/strong> is at around \u20b92250 at 1:30 p.m., up by around 0.20%.
