Out of the three IPOs coming this week, two are from the SME segment while all the listings are from the SME segment.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-upcoming-ipos-nbsp\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Upcoming_IPOs\"><\/span><strong>Upcoming IPOs&nbsp;<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-kronox-lab-sciences-ipo\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Kronox_Lab_Sciences_IPO\"><\/span><strong>Kronox Lab Sciences IPO<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This<strong> <\/strong>\u20b9 130 crore IPO is the only mainboard IPO that is coming this week. The subscription for the Kronox lab sciences ipo will begin on 3 June, and close on 5 June 2024. The kronox lab sciences ipo price band has been set at \u20b9 129 to \u20b9 136 per share. This is a complete offer for sale with no fresh issue of shares. Kronox is engaged in manufacturing premium quality chemicals for varied uses across industries. They specialize in High Purity Specialty Fine Chemicals for pharma products. The total revenue of the firm stood at \u20b9 684.38 million as of 31 December 2023 from 1 April 2023. Total revenue for the year ended on 31 March 2023 was \u20b9 947.98 million. The profits increased for the 9 months ended on 31 December 2023 to \u20b9 154.69 million from \u20b9 140.91 million from the 9 months ended on 31 December 2022. Simultaneously, the earnings per share of the firm also surged for the same period to \u20b9 4.17 from \u20b9 3.61.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-magenta-lifecare-ipo\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Magenta_Lifecare_IPO\"><\/span><strong>Magenta Lifecare IPO<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This mattresses and pillow manufacturer is coming up with its IPO from the SME segment. It is planning to raise around \u20b9 7 crores from the initial sale of 20 lakh equity shares at a magenta lifecare ipo price of \u20b9<strong> <\/strong>35 per share.<strong> <\/strong>This is a fixed-price <a href=\"https:\/\/shoonya.com\/blog\/initial-public-offerings-ipo-a-comprehensive-guide\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#d79b30\" class=\"has-inline-color\">IPO<\/mark><\/a>, which will be opening for subscription on 5 June and closing on 7 June 2024. The total income of the firm has gone up from \u20b9 938.47 lakhs in FY22 to \u20b9 955.29 lakhs in FY23. For the 9 months ended on 31 December 2023, the total income stood at \u20b9 630.74 lakhs. The profit for this period was \u20b9 24.36 lakhs and in FY23, the PAT went up from \u20b9 18.89 lakhs to \u20b9 24.55 lakhs. The EPS surged from \u20b9 0.44 in FY22 to \u20b9 0.53 in FY23. The magenta lifecare <a href=\"https:\/\/shoonya.com\/blog\/minimum-order-quantity-and-market-lot-size-in-ipo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#d79b30\" class=\"has-inline-color\">ipo lot size<\/mark><\/a> is<strong> <\/strong>4000 shares.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sattrix-information-security-ipo\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sattrix_Information_Security_IPO\"><\/span><strong>Sattrix Information Security IPO<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This cyber security solution provider is coming up with its \u20b9 21.78 crore IPO which will be open between 5 June to 7 June 2024 for subscription. The sattrix information security IPO price band has been fixed at \u20b9 121 per share. This is a fresh issue, which will consist of 18 lakh shares. The total revenue for FY23 stood at \u20b9 3775.65 lakhs up from \u20b9 2348.69 lakhs in FY22 and \u20b9 2120.23 lakhs in FY21. The total revenue for the 9 months ended on 31 December 2023 was \u20b9 2771.50 lakhs. The PAT almost doubled between FY22 and FY23. In FY22 it was \u20b9 214.13 lakhs while in FY23 it went up to \u20b9 400.12 lakhs. During the 9 months ended on 31 December 2023, the PAT stood at \u20b9 214.42 lakhs. Similarly, the EPS also rose from \u20b9 4.28 in FY22 to \u20b9 8 in FY23 and \u20b9 4.33 for the 9 months ended on 31 December 2023.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-listings\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Listings\"><\/span><strong>Listings<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The companies, that will be listed this week, include Vilas Transcore which will be listed on NSE Emerge on 3 June. From 4 June trading will commence for Beacon Trusteeship and ZTech India. On 6 June, Associated Coaters will get listed on BSE SME, and Aimtron Electronics on the same day but on NSE Emerge.
