It is hyundai motor ipo and the auto giant from South Korea has already submitted its draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI. As per the DRHP, the <strong>hyundai motor ipo&nbsp;<\/strong>may even surpass the issue size of LIC, which has been the biggest IPO in India to date. While this is a mainboard IPO, the SME IPOs are also keeping their pace high enough. The IPO may hit the primary market around the end of 2024 as the listing is planned for the end of the year however, the <strong>hyundai motor ipo launch date is <\/strong>to be announced later. This IPO is an offer for sale (OFS) of 142194700 equity shares with the face of \u20b9 10 per share. The primary purpose of the IPO is to be listed on the stock exchange to get more visibility in the market. The hyundai motor ipo price will be disclosed as SEBI gives a nod for the IPO.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The automaker has been India\u2019s second-largest manufacturer of cars right after Maruti Suzuki in FY24 as per passenger sales volumes. In FY23, the unit of the carmaker in India generated a revenue of around \u20b9 60000 crores with a profit of around \u20b9 4653 crores. Amongst the carmakers, that are not listed on the stock exchanges, Hyundai has been at the top as per its profit figures in 2023.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"1-godavari-biorefineries-ipo-\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Godavari_Biorefineries_IPO\"><\/span><strong>Godavari Biorefineries IPO<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Another company that filed its DRHP with SEBI is Godavari Biorefineries, which is an SME operating in the bio-chemical manufacturing space. The <a href=\"https:\/\/shoonya.com\/blog\/initial-public-offerings-ipo-a-comprehensive-guide\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#d79b30\" class=\"has-inline-color\">IPO<\/mark><\/a> of this ethanol maker will be a mix of both fresh equity shares and offers for sale where the fresh equity shares will be worth \u20b9 325 crores and 65.27 lakh equity shares will be offered for sale.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of the major chunks of the IPO proceeds which is \u20b9 240 crore will be used for repaying loans, and debts of the firm as mentioned in the Godavari biorefineries ipo details in the DRHP.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The total income of the company stood at \u20b9 202307.87 lakhs in FY23 up from its FY22 level of \u20b9 170997.62 lakhs. The net profit, however, dropped from \u20b9 1944.76 lakhs in FY22 to \u20b9 1607.86 lakhs in FY23. The valuation of this bio-based chemical company was reported as $97.2 billion in 2023 while the expected growth in this industry stood at 10.4% CAGR between 2023-2028.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"2-stanley-lifestyles-ipo-\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Stanley_Lifestyles_IPO\"><\/span><strong>Stanley Lifestyles IPO<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coming to the second Ipo from the SME segment, this luxury furniture brand is opening its \u20b9 537 crore Stanley Lifestyles ipo on 21 June 2024. This is a mix of fresh issues of \u20b9 200 crores while the remaining is OFS by selling around 91.33 lakh shares with a price bank of around \u20b9 351 to \u20b9 369. The <strong>stanley lifestyles ipo details <\/strong>in the<strong> <\/strong>RHP suggest that the company will use \u20b9 90.13 crore of the IPO proceeds for starting new stores and expanding the business. Then for starting one anchor store, it will use \u20b9 39.99 crores of the proceeds and \u20b9 10.04 crore for renovation of the existing stores. Apart from the stores, \u20b9 8.18 crore will be used for apical expenditure for buying new machinery, required equipment, and other resources and assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stanley Lifestyles&#8217; operating revenue went up from \u20b9 292.20 crore in FY22 to \u20b9 418 crore, which is a significant jump in a year. Its net profit also surged to \u20b9 34.98 crores in FY23 from \u20b9 23.22 crores in FY22.
