The cumulative fund that is expected to be raised with these <strong>upcoming IPOs<\/strong> is around \u20b9 1991 crore. On top of that, there are 11 listings, which are scheduled this week. So, this week is going to be super hectic for the investors, traders, and all market participants. If you are looking for the details of the <strong>upcoming IPOs<\/strong>, which are opening this week, here are all the details below.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Upcoming_IPOs_this_Week\"><\/span><strong>Upcoming IPOs this Week<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Allied Blenders And Distillers IPO:<\/strong> The largest IPO this week is going to be this alcohol making company which is also the maker of Officer\u2019s Choice Whiskey. The \u20b9 1500 crore IPO is going to open on 25 June 2024 and the price band for this IPO has been decided at \u20b9 267 to \u20b9 281 per share. This is a mix of both fresh issues of equity shares as well as offers for sale (OFS). The fresh issue will constitute \u20b9 1000 crore of the initial public offering while the remaining \u20b9 500 crore will be from the sale of shares by promoters. <strong>Allied Blenders And Distillers IPO<\/strong> will be closing on 27 June 2024.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Shivalic Power Control IPO: <\/strong>This electric panel manufacturer is coming up with its \u20b9 64.32 crore IPO this week as well. The entire IPO is going to be a fresh issue of equity shares and it will open today 24 June 2024. The price band for the IPO is at \u20b9 95 to \u20b9 100 per share. A total of 64.32 lakh equity shares will be issued in the <strong>Shivalic Power Control IPO.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vraj Iron and Steel IPO:<\/strong> This is a sponge iron, TMT bars, and MR Billets manufacturing company with its registered office in Chhattisgarh. <strong>Vraj Iron and Steel<\/strong> <strong>IPO<\/strong> is a \u20b9 171 crore issue, which will be open from 6 June 2024 to 28 June 2024. The price band for these IPO has been decided at \u20b9 195 to \u20b9 207 for each share.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sylvan Plyboard India IPO:<\/strong> This is a \u20b9 28.05 crore IPO which will be open between 24 June to 26 June. <strong>Sylvan Plyboard India IPO<\/strong> is a fixed-price IPO and the price has been decided as \u20b9 55 per share. The company deals in wooden products.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Visaman Global Sales IPO: <\/strong>Another IPO to hit the market today is <strong>Visaman Global Sales IPO<\/strong>. This IPO will be open from today 24 June 2024 to 26 June 2024. The company is expecting to raise around \u20b9 16.05 crores of funds from this offering by issuing 37.32 lakh shares at \u20b9 43 each.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mason Infratech IPO: <\/strong>This is a real estate construction firm, which will also open its IPO today that is 24 June. This \u20b9 30.46 crore IPO will run until 26 June and if seeking bids within the price band decided which is \u20b9 62 to \u20b9 64 per share. <strong>Mason Infratech IPO<\/strong> is a completely fresh issue of shares, which will include 47.06 lakh shares.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Akiko Global Services IPO:<\/strong> The next upcoming IPO, which will open tomorrow 25 June, and run until 27 June is of <strong>Akiko Global Services<\/strong>, which primarily distributes financial products, and has partnerships with different banks and NBFCs. The IPO will be around \u20b9 23.11 crore and it will be completely from a fresh equity share issue with no OFS. The price the bank decided for the ipo has been set at \u20b9 73 to \u20b9 77 per share.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Petro Carbon and Chemicals IPO: <\/strong>Another<strong> <\/strong>SME to hit the primary market this week with its \u20b9 113.16 crore IPO. Petro Carbon and Chemicals IPO is only offered for sale with a price band of \u20b9 162 to \u20b9 171 per share. The IPO will open on 25 June and close on 27 June 2024. This is the largest IPO in the SME segment this week and after KP Green Engineering which came in the month of March this year.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Divine Power Energy IPO:<\/strong> This \u20b9 22.76 crore IPO, which will be a book-built issue, is going to hit the market on 25 June 2024 and the decided price band is \u20b9 36 to \u20b9 40 per share. <strong>Divine Power Energy IPO <\/strong>is a fully fresh issue where 56.9 lakh shares will be issued.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Diensten Tech IPO: <\/strong>The<strong> <\/strong>10<sup>th<\/sup> IPO is of this IT support and consulting services. The IPO is expected to raise \u20b9 22.08 crores between 26 June to 28 June when the IPO will be open. The price band for this IPO is \u20b9 95 per share to \u20b9 100 per share.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Listings_This_Week\"><\/span><strong>Listings This Week<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apart from these above ten IPOs, which are coming this week, there will be 11 stocks, which will be listed this week as well. Out of the 11, the two, that was subscribed at 40% and 38% premium, were <strong>DEE Piping Systems <\/strong>and<strong> Akme Fintrade India respectively<\/strong>.
