This week, there are three IPOs from the SME segment and one IPO from the mainboard segment to keep the market busy. Last week, it was Emcure Pharma and Bansal Wire Industries, witnessed an exceptional demand from the investors.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The IPO industry has been witnessing a strong surge in the number of initial public offerings as the economic growth in India has been on the rise, with steady interest rates and suitable market conditions. In the coming few months, around 55 companies are about to launch their <a href=\"https:\/\/shoonya.com\/blog\/initial-public-offerings-ipo-a-comprehensive-guide\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#d79b30\" class=\"has-inline-color\">IPOs<\/mark><\/a> and the overall capital to be raised will be around \u20b9 68000 crore.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"0-ipos-coming-this-week-\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"IPOs_coming_this_Week\"><\/span><strong>IPOs coming this Week<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here are the IPOs, that will hit the primary market this week \u2013&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sanstar Limited IPO: <\/strong>This Sanstar limited IPO will open for subscription on 19 July and will be open until 23 July. This is a book-built issue that is looking to raise around \u20b9 510.15 crore from investors. The Sanstar Limited IPO details reveal that this IPO is a mix of fresh issues of 4.18 crore shares which will amount to around \u20b9 397.10 crore and 1.19 crore shares which will be offered under sale (OFS) for \u20b9 113.05 crore. The price band has been set at \u20b9 90 to \u20b9 95 per share.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tunwal E-Motors IPO: <\/strong>The next on the list is Tunwal E-Motors IPO. This IPO will be open for subscription between 15 July and 18 July 2024. The total amount to be raised from the IPO is around \u20b9 115.64 crore it is a fixed-price IPO and the price has been set at \u20b9 59 per share. Other Tunwal E-motors ipo details include that this IPO will be segregated amongst fresh issues of 138.5 lakh shares, worth \u20b9 81.72 crores, and 57.5 lakh shares for an offer for sale which will be totaling to around \u20b9 33.93 crores.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Macobs Technologies IPO:<\/strong> The third on the list is Macobs Technologies IPO, which will be live from 16 July and will be open for subscription until 19 July 2024. This is another book-built IPO that will be hitting the primary market this week with a total amount to be raised around \u20b9 19.46 crore. Macobs Technologies IPO is an entirely fresh issue where 25.95 lakh shares will be offered for subscription. The price band decided for the IPO is between \u20b9 71 and \u20b9 75 each share.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kataria Industries IPO:<\/strong> If you are looking forward to Kataria Industries IPO then this IPO will be launched on 16 July and will run until 19 July 2024. This IPO will also follow the book-built process where it will float 56.85 lakh fresh equity shares worth \u20b9 54.58 crore. The price band set for the IPO is \u20b9 91 to \u20b9 96 per share.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"1-new-listing-this-week-\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"New_Listing_This_Week\"><\/span><strong>New Listing This Week<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apart from the above four IPOs this week, there will be one listing of Sahaj Solar Limited whose allotment is to be finalized on Tuesday 16 July 2024. The tentative date for listing this IPO on NSE SME is 19 July 2024.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"2-upcoming-fpo-this-week-\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Upcoming_FPO_This_Week\"><\/span><strong>Upcoming FPO This Week<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After all the IPOs, and listings, there is another FPO as well which will hit the primary market this week. This is SAR Technologies FPO, which you can start subscribing to from 22 July 2024 and will end on 24 July. This is also a book-built FPO where \u20b9150 crore will be raised from a fresh issue of 71.43 lakh shares and a price band set at \u20b9 200 to \u20b9 210 per share.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2
