Corporate action announcements most of the time play a crucial role in stock price movement. Thus, for investors, it is important to keep an eye on these announcements to gauge the performance of the stocks and plan their trading and investment strategies accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This week, that is between 16 September and 20 September, there are different business houses, which are announcing <strong>dividends<\/strong>, bonus share issues, <strong>stock splits,<\/strong> and more such <strong>corporate actions<\/strong>. This week is more significant because the businesses\/ companies announcing the <strong>upcoming corporate actions<\/strong> include some of the big names such as Container Corporation, SAIL, Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders, Dixon, and others. So, let\u2019s take a close look at the details now in a chronological way.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-corporate-actions-17-september-nbsp\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Corporate_Actions_%E2%80%93_17_September\"><\/span><strong>Corporate Actions \u2013 17 September&nbsp;<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Edelweiss Financial Services Ltd.\u2019s dividend will be paid on 17 September. The per share dividend is \u20b9 1.5 while the face value of the share stands at \u20b9 1 per share.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A dividend of \u20b9 4 per share for a face value of \u20b9 5 per share is to be paid by J Kumar Infraprojects Ltd. 17 September is the record date for the same.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Another dividend of \u20b9 10 per share from Garware Hi-Tech Films is scheduled on this day. The face value of the share is \u20b9 10 per share as of the record date, which is 17 September.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>NMDC also announced its final dividend payment of \u20b9 1.5 per share on this date. In FY24, the annual dividend yield of the company stood at 3.3% p.a.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-corporate-actions-18-september-nbsp\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Corporate_Actions_%E2%80%93_18_September\"><\/span><strong>Corporate Actions \u2013 18 September&nbsp;<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The record date for the final dividend of \u20b9 1 per share from Allcargo Logistics Ltd. on the share of the face value of \u20b9 2 per share.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Similarly, Apollo Pipes Ltd. will come up with its final dividend as well on this date (record date). The dividend of \u20b91 per share will be on a face value of \u20b9 10 each share.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A dividend of \u20b9 2.5 per share against a face value of \u20b9 5 per share was announced by Container Corporation of India Ltd. and the record date is 18 September.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dixon Technologies (India) Ltd. is to pay \u20b9 5 as a dividend against each share of face value \u20b9 2.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>KNR Construction Ltd. is to pay a final dividend of \u20b9 0.25 per share against a face value of \u20b9 2 per share on the record date, which is 18 September.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heidelberg Cement India Ltd. will be trading ex-dividend on 18 September, as it will be paying the final dividend of \u20b9 8 per share on that date.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-corporate-actions-19-september-nbsp\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Corporate_Actions_%E2%80%93_19_September\"><\/span><strong>Corporate Actions \u2013 19 September&nbsp;<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>APL Apollo Tubes will be paying \u20b9 5.5 per share as a final dividend against each share of face value of \u20b9 2.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gujrat Alkalies &amp; Chemicals Ltd. is to pay \u20b9 13.85 per share as a final dividend and its shares\u2019 face value is \u20b9 10 per share.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hindustan Copper will turn ex-dividend on this date by paying \u20b9 0.92 per share as a dividend against a share face value of \u20b9 5 per share.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Final Dividend of Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders will also come on this date and the final dividend amount is \u20b9 12.11 per share.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>MCX will be paying \u20b9 7.64 as a dividend on each share of face value \u20b9 10 per share.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nandan Denim Limited announced a stock split (ex-date) to happen on this date. The face value of \u20b9 10 per share as of now will be split into 10 shares of face value \u20b9 1 each. The split ratio is thus 10:1.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SAIL or Steel Authority of India will be paying \u20b9 1 as a dividend on each share of face value \u20b9 10 for which the record date is 19 September.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PTC India\u2019s dividend is to come on this date too and it is paying \u20b9 7.8 per share for a face value of \u20b9 10 per share.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saksoft Ltd. to come up with its <strong>bonus issue<\/strong> on this date with a bonus ratio of 1:4, which means the shareholders in the company, will receive one dividend of \u20b9 5 per share but also issue bonus shares of a 1:1 ratio which means every shareholder in the company will receive one extra share for every share they hold will also be paying a final dividend of \u20b9 3 per share against a face value of \u20b9 1 per share.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stock split<\/strong> by Fedders Holdings Ltd. will be taking place on
