Please follow the steps below to reactivate your account:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log in to your PRISM portal<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click on the \u2018Services\u2019 icon from the left menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Select \u2018Reactivate Trading Account\u2019.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Choose the last trade date and the segment you wish to activate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Upload the required documents and click Submit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Our support team will verify your ticket within 24 hours. You will receive an email notification once it’s done.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. E-sign the ticket<\/a> using your Aadhaar number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. After e-signing, our IPV (In-Person Verification<\/a>) team will contact you for a video call. Please keep your original address proof ready for verification.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Once IPV is complete, your account will be reactivated within 24 hours. Your login credentials will be sent to your registered email address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
